I’m committed to supporting people to achieve their potential to better serve themselves, people, and the planet.
I founded GlobalTree because I believe that transformational change starts with the individual. I have long experience working internationally for the United Nations as an expert in gender equality, global health, and human rights. My time with the UN made me understand how important inclusive leadership is to achieve change. I realized that good intentions, expertise, and noble ideas do not carry you far unless you have the leadership skills to go with them. As a result, I became highly invested in furthering my own leadership skills to support others to find their own leader within themselves. I’m a certified leadership coach with experience in supporting individuals from junior to the executive level, in different industries, including the private sector, UN, academia, and the culture and arts sector.
Over ten years of experience working in diverse cultures and organizations have given me skills in managing and promoting diversity and inclusion. I’m driven by values such as authenticity, equality, social justice, and inclusion. I’m a strong believer in work-life balance and that a healthy approach to work will exceed any career goals.
